Most corporate gifting programmes in Delhi NCR don't fail on product choice. They fail three weeks later — on artwork approval that slipped, on a GST invoice that arrived in pieces, or on 800 hampers that reached Gurgaon on time and Noida a week late.
If you're sourcing gifting for a team across Gurgaon, Delhi and Noida, the vetting questions below matter more than the catalogue photos.
What makes NCR procurement different
Three things shape how gifting gets bought here:
- Vendor density. NCR has more gifting suppliers than any other Indian region, which is good for price and bad for diligence — anyone can show a glossy catalogue.
- Procurement process. Larger Gurgaon and Noida organisations route gifts through a vendor-onboarding process, so the first conversation may sit with procurement rather than HR. Smaller Delhi businesses often decide in a single meeting with an owner or partner.
- Geographic spread. A single NCR programme can mean deliveries to a Cyber City office, a Noida Sector 62 campus and staff homes in Faridabad and Ghaziabad — in the same week.
Six things to verify before you appoint a vendor
1. GST invoicing in one document
Ask whether you'll receive one consolidated GST invoice for the whole programme, or a bill per product, per city or per dispatch. For finance teams in larger NCR companies this is often the deciding factor. Confirm the invoicing entity matches the vendor you're contracting with.
2. Branding done in-house, or outsourced
Screen print, embroidery, laser engraving, UV print and debossing are the common methods — and they carry different lead times. If branding is subcontracted, add travel time between vendor, printer and dispatch to every promised date. Ask who physically applies your logo.
3. Real dispatch times, in writing
"Quick delivery" means nothing. Ask for the median dispatch time on stocked lines after artwork sign-off. Our own is 48 hours from the Manesar hub, and it's the number we publish.
4. Minimum order quantities that fit your headcount
Minimums usually apply per SKU, not per order. A vendor quoting "no minimum" and another quoting 50 units per SKU can end up at very different totals once you mix products. Ask for the MOQ on the specific items you want.
5. A physical sample before the run
Screens lie about finish — especially on matte metal, faux leather and fabric. Insist on a sample of the shortlisted items. It costs a few days and prevents a much worse problem.
6. One named person on the account
You want a single point of contact who owns the programme end to end. In a programme with three cities and two hundred recipients, "email our sales team" becomes a chase.
City notes for Gurgaon, Delhi and Noida
| City | Who usually decides | What they care about most |
|---|---|---|
| Gurgaon | HR / people-ops, facilities, procurement | Vendor onboarding, GST documentation, delivery to multiple towers and campuses, predictable billing cycles |
| Delhi | Founders, partners, admin heads | Speed of decision, festive presentation, personal touches like note cards, delivery to individual homes |
| Noida | HR and admin teams, larger volumes | Onboarding volumes, shift-friendly delivery windows, sector-wise distribution across 62/63 and Greater Noida |
A realistic timeline
| Stage | Typical time |
|---|---|
| Brief to curated shortlist with indicative pricing | 1 working day |
| Branding mockups on chosen items | 24 hours after artwork |
| Physical sample | On shortlisted items |
| Production and dispatch after sign-off | Median 48 hours on stocked lines |
| Delivery within NCR | 1–3 working days from dispatch |
Work backwards from your event date rather than forwards from the brief — and add a buffer week if you're shipping to multiple cities.
Where the money actually goes
Most NCR programmes land in one of these bands per gift. Use it to keep the shortlist honest:
- Under ₹500 — bulk-friendly items: drinkware, notebooks, desk accessories.
- ₹500 – ₹1,000 — the most common zone for onboarding kits and team gifting.
- ₹1,000 – ₹2,500 — brand apparel, audio, better bags, curated boxes.
- ₹2,500 – ₹5,000 — premium hampers, luggage, milestone gifts for senior staff and key clients.
- Above ₹5,000 — leadership and top-client gifting.
Once you know your band and headcount, you can rule most of the market in or out in one conversation. You can see how the bands map to real items in our Gifting Catalogue — 334 items across 8 categories, with brand and SKU for every one.
Questions we get from NCR buyers
Do you deliver across all of Delhi NCR?
Yes — pan-India coverage across 19,000+ PIN codes, with an NCR hub in Manesar and median 48-hour dispatch on stocked lines after artwork sign-off.
Do you work with companies smaller than 100 people?
Yes. Most SKUs start at 25–50 units and curated hampers from 30 boxes, so a 40-person team can run a full programme.
Can we get one invoice for multiple cities?
Yes. We issue one consolidated GST invoice per cycle rather than a bill per product or per city.
How fast can you turn around a Diwali programme?
Branded Diwali hampers close on 10 October 2026 for delivery before Diwali on 8 November. Outside the festive window, stocked lines ship within a median of 48 hours after sign-off.
Do you supply branded items like Puma or Samsonite?
Yes — we supply authorised brand lines including Sheaffer, Puma, Swish, Samsonite, Kamiliant, Mona B, LYNE, Pashtush, Kenstar, U&i and Tempest, subject to availability.
