GiftingGenie is a corporate gifting platform owned and operated by Projexon International Inc (“Projexon”, “we”, “us”). Our studio and fulfilment hub is at Cyberwalk, CP9, Sector-8, Manesar 122052, India.

What we collect

Details you submit: your name, work email, phone number, company name, headcount, budget, timeline, delivery cities and any notes included in a quote request or contact form.

Wishlist data: the products you save, and if you choose to share a wishlist, the shareable link generated for it.

Technical data: basic request information such as browser type and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry with curated gifting options, pricing and timelines.

To plan, brand, pack and deliver an approved gifting programme, including sharing recipient delivery details with our courier partners.

To raise GST invoices and keep the accounting records Indian law requires.

To improve the catalogue and site experience, where you have allowed analytics.

To send gifting programme updates, only where you have allowed marketing communication.

Consent choices

On your first visit we ask you to review this policy and choose which optional data uses you allow. Essential processing keeps the site and forms working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing are optional and default to your selection.

You can withdraw or change consent at any time by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, or by emailing us.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, printing and branding vendors, and logistics partners. They receive only what they need for their task.

We never sell your data, and we do not share quote-request details with other clients.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and programme records are retained for as long as the client relationship is active, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Wishlists stored in your browser stay until you clear them. Shared wishlist links remain live until deleted.

Security

Lead and catalogue data sits behind access controls, and quote submissions are written through server-side functions only — they are not publicly readable.

No system is perfectly secure, so we ask you not to send sensitive personal or payment information through website forms.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email inc.projexon@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

GiftingGenie is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The revision date below always reflects the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
