1. About these terms

GiftingGenie is owned and operated by Projexon International Inc (“Projexon”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, submitting a quote request or placing a gifting order, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on the catalogue are indicative per-unit prices for corporate volumes and exclude GST, branding setup and freight unless stated otherwise.

A quotation we issue is valid for 15 days unless it states a different period. Prices may change if input costs, quantities, specifications or delivery locations change.

Minimum order quantities apply per product and are shown on the product page.

3. Orders and confirmation

An order is confirmed only when you approve the quotation in writing and we acknowledge it. Production and procurement begin after confirmation.

Once branding or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or reduced, because the goods are customised for you.

4. Branding and artwork

You are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork and for confirming that you own or are licensed to use every logo, mark and asset you send us.

We share a digital or physical proof before production. Your written proof approval is final; we are not liable for errors approved at that stage.

Minor variation in colour, finish and placement is inherent to printing and embroidery and is not treated as a defect.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines quoted are working-day estimates from proof approval and cleared payment, and depend on courier performance and recipient availability.

Risk passes on delivery to the address or recipient you nominate. Incorrect or incomplete recipient data supplied by you may result in re-dispatch charges.

We provide tracking for each consignment where the courier supports it.

6. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, an advance is payable on order confirmation with the balance due before dispatch. GST is charged at applicable rates and invoices are raised in Indian rupees.

Overdue amounts may attract interest and may pause work on open orders.

7. Quality, shortages and claims

Report shortages, transit damage or quality issues within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the invoice reference.

Where a claim is valid we will, at our discretion, replace the affected units or issue a credit. Customised goods are not otherwise returnable.

8. Platform use

You may use this website for legitimate corporate gifting enquiries only. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at scale, or access accounts or admin functions you are not authorised to use.

Catalogue photography, copy, layouts and the GiftingGenie name and mark remain our property. Client logos shown on the site are illustrative and belong to their owners.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the value invoiced for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill or event outcomes.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier failure, strikes, natural events or regulatory action.

10. Privacy

Data you share is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
